| Dr.
Dale Watson is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in
neuropsychological/psychological assessment and forensic psychology. He
is currently in private practice in Pinole, California. He is a frequent
consultant to attorneys regarding the interface between neurobehavioral
dysfunction and criminal law. He has particular expertise in the
neuropsychological evaluation of capital appellants. He has also served
on the panel of forensic examiners for the Superior Court in Contra
Costa County. In the past, he has served on the staffs of the Bay Area
Recovery Centers and NeuroCare as a neuropsychologist treating traumatic
brain injuries and chronic pain patients. In addition, he has served as
a consultant to inpatient substance abuse treatment programs. He has
extensive experience in the evaluation and treatment of brain injuries,
chronic pain disorders, and substance abuse disorders. His current
research interests include the neuropsychological patterns associated
with criminal behavior.
